AUTUMN SKINCARE

AFTER SUMMER:
Skin problems: rough, dry, dehydrated skin.
Solution: moisturize, protect and prepare for the cold season.

Switch to creamier, non-clogging cleansers that will add extra moisture and protect your skin.
Your skin needs richer creams (especially at night) that keep the skin elastic and smooth.

Hydrate as much as you can with WATER not fizzy drinks, go as overboard as you can from 4 glasses of water to 8 or 10 or even 15 ( remember if you do decide that you want more than 8 cups a day, have a toilet on hand)
If you dont really like water much then add different flavors like, berries and fruits. A few days ago I tried cucumber in the water and it tasted great.
